About Draco Demolition
Draco Demolition was established in 2007, and now employs 16 permanent and in the region of 200 contract personnel. We are based in the north of Johannesburg.
Owners Teddy and Michelle Habib have grown Draco from its steel processing origins to a well-established full-service demolition company that successfully, safely and routinely carries out turnkey demolitions for SA’s largest construction contractors. With the full range of demolition services under our belt, we tailor our offering for specific jobs.
Over the years, we have established a reputation for introducing and using modern, innovative techniques – backed up by a comprehensive fleet of up-to-date machines and equipment that are operated by our highly trained and experienced staff. We are also investing heavily in recycling plant and equipment in order to protect the environment and reduce the potential effects of the demolition process to acceptable limits.

Draco Demolition aims to continually build on its history of excellence, safety and reliability so that our clients keep returning. Draco is positioned to be SA’s leading provider of demolition services but, in order to continually better our offering to the industry, we are working towards providing a countrywide service that, by 2016, will expand across SA’s borders.

What We Offer
We tailor make each site to fit our clients’ needs. Draco Demolition always follows the safety regulations on each site. We work in accordance with a safety agent whom ensures that all safety rules and regulations are followed to the last detail. All our workers are certified cutters and labourers; they are equipped with the necessary P.P.E (Personal Protective Equipment).
Our demolition equipment is of the highest standard to ensure that we get maximum production at a professional level. We are BEE compliant and we offer the best market-related prices. No job is too big or too small.
