We have a team of versatile personnel that have a one on one relationship with all our clients. At Draco Demolition we work within the client's specifications, but always exceed their expectations. We have a strong company policy that SAFETY comes first; all personnel adhere to all safety regulations. To ensure that our safety is of the highest standard, a Safety Officer is appointed to each site.

Demolition Services:

Application for all necessary demolition permits and documentation.
Mechanical Demolition.
Controlled explosive demolition.
Implosions.
Building, steel structure demolition and dismantling.
Partial demolitions - Gutting and stripping of a building.
Civil and earthworks.
Dismantling of all salvageable items on the property.
Removal of reinforced concrete flooring, footings and foundations.
G5 material crushed on site.
Rubble removal, tree felling and site clearing.

Safety Services:

Thorough baseline risk assessment will be conducted to identify hazards in the workplace.
Complete safety file will be at our clients disposal at all times.
Certified Safety Officer will be appointed for each site.
All contractors used will comply with the OHSACT Act of 1993, to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.

Specialised Cutting:

Certified steel cutting team to cut and remove steel structures and reinforced bar imbedded in the concrete.
Our cutting team only using cutting equipment of high standard, to ensure a safe but effective cutting process.
This service is not offered by many demolition companies, not only is it more effective but as we reclaim the steel as a service our client receives a rand value per ton.
We cover gas, oxygen, labour and transport.
We collect scrap in all areas.
No charge on steel structure demolition, we pay in return. (Site visit compulsory)
We can also arrange bin placements or containers.
